Interfaces
Debian's network configurations can be found from this file:
nano /etc/network/interfaces
Example of static IP-address configuration:
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet static
address ...
netmask ...
gateway ...
- address = IP-osoite, esimerkiksi 192.168.1.22
- netmask = Aliverkonpeite, esimerkiksi 255.255.255.0
- gateway = Oletusyhdyskäytävä, esimerkiksi 192.168.1.1
Esimerkiksi DHCP määritys:
auto lo iface lo inet loopback auto eth0 iface eth0 inet dhcp
Muista käynnistä lopuksi verkkopalvelu uudelleen
service networking restart
ifconfig
ifconfig
komennolla näet nykyiset interfacet sekä verkkokonfiguraation
