Sstp-client/en

SSTP is a VPN tunnel which provides PPP and L2TP traffic with SSL3.0. SSTP's good sides are that it uses port 443 (https) so it works over all firewalls and transmit servers. SSTP is Microsoft's protocol, but it also works on Linux and Mikrotik RouterOS machines.

In this manual we instruct you on how to install SSTP client on Ubuntu.

Installation

You need to download and install the SSTP-Client packages.

SSTP-client hakemistosta:

x86

• libsstp-client0_1.0.9_i386.deb
• sstp-client_1.0.9_i386.deb

x64

• libsstp-client0_1.0.9_amd64.deb
• sstp-client_1.0.9_amd64.deb

Network Manager hakemistosta:

x86

• network-manager-sstp_0.9.4-0ubuntu2_i386.deb
• network-manager-sstp-gnome_0.9.4-0ubuntu2_i386.deb

x64

• network-manager-sstp_0.9.6-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb
• network-manager-sstp-gnome_0.9.6-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb

Asenna paketit komennolla (lataushakemistossa).

 sudo dpkg -i *.deb

Yhdistäminen Ubuntulla

• 

  Määritä SSTP profiili

• 

  Määritä samat asetukset kuin PPTP:lle mutta rastita Ignore Certificate Warnings.

• 

  Salli todennuksena MSCHAP-v2

Xubuntulle tulee asentaa lisäpaketteja.

Muut VPN ohjelmistot saattavat häiritä SSTP todentamista.
